  7. Preserve your equity - we won't give it away
  8. Gain in a sell-buy scenario - I'll show you how this can be profitable for you
  9. Get rid of the junk - it can't sell if it can't be seen!
  10. Stay on top of the market - I will contact you weekly at the minimum
